Fees
Depending on the nature of the legal service, we will choose a fee arrangement that makes sense for both parties.
The first consultation of up to 30 minutes is free of charge.
Hourly rate
The most common fee arrangement. The standard rate usually ranges from CZK 1,500 to 2,000 per hour of legal services.
Fixed fee
Where the scope and extent of the necessary steps are known in advance, a fixed fee for a package of legal services can be agreed.
For long-term regular cooperation, a pre-agreed flat monthly fee for legal services can be arranged.

I am Marek Caha, attorney based in Brno. My practice specialises in family law, disputes and representation in criminal and administrative offence proceedings.
For me, law is above all about human stories. It matters to me to recognise what makes each of them unique and to tailor the proposed solution accordingly – always clearly and with a personal approach.
I also provide my services in English and French.
